What do you do if you find yourself in a place in life that is “not-so-great” …Or you are feeling stuck in life?
The reality is that, these are the times that you need you the most! And, if you are fully willing to lift and love yourself, then you can do just about anything!
…BUT, let’s be honest, that can also be the time that feels the hardest to do so.
That is the case for my volunteer, Julia. She has spent most of her life not being loving or kind towards herself. That negative energy has shown up in her life in a variety of different ways. It has kept a ceiling on how much she can succeed/enjoy life, has also attracted negative circumstances and has affected her health. Today's episode includes simple and practical insights and exercises to help you take your health, life and energy to the next level.
