126: Releasing Anxiety & Fear – Stepping Into Safety & Happiness

No matter what’s going on in the world, it’s possible to have a happy and healthy life! So many people get stuck and focus on the anxiety or fear they feel and then get more discouraged that their life isn’t going the way they had hoped. It doesn’t have to be that way.

There are simple things you can do to start getting rid of the fear and anxiety that can be holding you back in your life. In today’s episode, Brandy continues with our wonderful volunteer, Kyla, as she helps Kyla shift her energy and begin reprogramming her mind for one of happiness and excitement.

Brandy also shares a few key things you can start doing today to release your own fear and anxiety and create real change in your mind and nervous system. When you release the anxiety and fear, you can step into a life where you feel happy and safe.
