Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer. As you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.

That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
All right, so as we dive into today’s episode, I just want to say first and foremost, I just love our beautiful volunteer. I love the insights, and I just love. Today’s episode, as I begin working with our beautiful volunteer, she’s able to make a radical shift in her eyesight, and I just love the information, the patterns, just the, transformation and the shift that she makes.
It’s just really beautiful and she is just so beautiful. I love her heart. I loved her. Just her sense of humor, her just her awareness. She just. Brilliant. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. So I love that. Now by the way, before we dive in, I just want to note something since we are working on the topic of eyesight.
A lot of people may think that working on your eyesight or creating a radical shift in your eyesight in a short period of time would be really physically impossible. However, during my injury, as I was researching through medical journals, trying to figure out how to heal myself, what I needed to do different to get the mind body connection to work, because I had been doing all the things, the positive thinking, the meditation, the affirmations, the theta state, the delta, just all of the things, and yet nothing was working.
Now, when I started looking in medical journals, I found research. On a woman with multiple personality disorder who was blind in some personalities and not in others, which was shocking. she could literally shift into a different personality and see and then be in a different personality and was blind and it was medically proven and medically documented.
In fact, I’ll have my team go ahead and leave a link in the show notes of this medical study in this medical journal if you’d like to read it. Now, I do want to warn you, it is a medical journal, so it is extremely technical. But if you’re somebody who likes to geek out a bit or even just wants to take a quick glance, it will be there in the show notes for you.
And the reason that I bring that up is again, because as I worked with our volunteer. She was able to make a radical shift, and when we began working together, she had dryness in her eyes and blurriness in her eye at about a level 10. Now, as we began uncovering and working on identifying the specific emotions that were linked to the issue, and in this case, the emotions were connected to a feeling of jealousy, a feeling that others were loved more than she was. And so there was this feeling of, jealousy, but also this feeling of feeling unimportant and angry about this. Now, this had been a pattern. That started originally in her childhood, and so as we were looking at the emotional patterns, she could see how this had shown up in a variety of different ways.
Now, as we really stepped into the current moment, she realized that she had been feeling these emotions pretty intensely, even towards her grown children who messaged her every day and connected. Every day with her. And so what she began to realize as we started really unpacking this pattern and looking at it, is that she wasn’t unimportant and, so we would were joking around and laughing about, just looking at it in a different way, going, well, wait a second here, and, and looking at it. And, she started really being able to see in a different light. That she was loved and she was appreciated and she was important and she also started letting go of anger. So there was a, combination of patterns.
And as she started to really shift this. That’s when her eyesight started coming back and she could see with more and more clarity. And so she got the blurriness and the dryness down to about a level two, three. So a huge difference and we could have kept on going to get it down even further, but I didn’t want to push her too much. So in other words, when somebody’s making a radical shift. This will need to be an ongoing change for her to be able to really keep these results and make it an ongoing transformation. Now, there were several really key breakthroughs for her as we were working through the session.
However, the key ones that I really want to emphasize and highlight is this is first and foremost. We’ve all heard before that emotions are not logical. Maybe a common example we’ve all heard is where somebody might say something like. I feel really guilty, but I know I shouldn’t. Where logically they know they shouldn’t feel a certain emotion, and yet they can experience that very emotion.
Now that was one really big insight with Virginia. Now, on that note of jealousy, I know so often people can get stuck in those patterns and those feelings, and what can happen is. Many times people don’t even want to admit it to themselves that they’re feeling that way. So a lot of times people may suppress it or make it wrong or shame it or something like that, which of course doesn’t help the issue at all.
So instead, if you are somebody who has been feeling these emotions of jealousy or anger or unloved, make sure to have compassion for yourself, not self sympathy. Because you don’t want to feel sorry for self instead.
You want to feel amazed with self, so you don’t want self sympathy, but self-compassion and self understanding, and then also noticing where the pattern comes from.
So often people might feel bad about their emotional patterns, but keep in mind that if you have a negative emotional pattern, you didn’t put it there on purpose. I’ve never to this day met anybody who said, I hope to program negative emotions into my subconscious mind, like never. And so keeping that in mind, if you have this feeling, you won’t want to berate yourself or criticize yourself or feel bad or shameful or whatever it is.
But instead, genuinely look at the pattern and really begin to reprogram it. So you’re really changing and shifting the emotions at a deeper level in your mind. And also as you’re shifting the emotional pattern. The other thing you’d really want to do is make sure. To get good at connecting with others, get good at people where you’re good at creating that connection.
Because so often when a person is experiencing anger and jealousy, it’s kind of hard to connect with them, right? So it’s hard to feel connected, which then perpetuates the very problem. And so then they feel less connected. So then they end up feeling what? More jealous, because then they’re jealous because they’re not connected, or then they’re left out because then they’re angry and then they’re left out and then they’re jealous.
It just continues, unfortunately, to perpetuate the very pattern. And so when you think about really transforming this pattern, ultimately you’d want to of course, change the emotional state and really shift the emotional pattern. But also make a point to get really good at people at connecting it, creating that feeling of love and respect both ways at a deeper level, because that’s ultimately what you would want in this case anyways, right. And so that’s the insight that I want to share with you is that typically, even with this pattern, it does take. Definitely an emotional shift, but also making sure to start showing up in a different way. But you really want to get good at that.
And so often when people get stuck in those patterns, it ends up just perpetuating more of the same thing because it can end up making you feel left out, feel unincluded, or even when somebody’s showing up angry or jealous, it then also can make you not want to include them or not want to connect with them. So in other words, the pattern just continues to perpetuate. And so that’s another insight that I want to share because so often I’ll see people who will get stuck in cycles or patterns like this, and then it becomes hard to get out.
Because the pattern just keeps repeating. And so I love this insight for that reason. And I just love our beautiful volunteer, Virginia. Just an absolute sweetheart. I love how much she loves her children and her family. It’s just. Really, really sweet. And so those were the key insights that I want to share with you.
