Hello and happy, beautiful day to you! Welcome to today’s quick IQ episode, which stands for Insights and Questions. Today, I want to share with you a powerful insight regarding transformation and healing, whether it’s healing your body, transforming your relationships, or manifesting a new life. This insight applies to all of these areas and is centered on the power of making distinctions.
How We Learn and Grow
If we take it back to basics for a moment, think about how we learn as human beings. We make distinctions and get better at something over time. Consider how a baby learns to walk:
- First, they stand up and fall.
- Then, they keep trying, making distinctions and improving.
- Eventually, they master walking.
The same process applies when we learn the alphabet, write our name, or master a new skill—we refine our understanding through distinctions.
Why Healing Feels Different
Healing and life transformation work the same way. We need to make distinctions about:
- Reprogramming the mind
- Understanding subconscious patterns
- Gaining more clarity
But here’s where it gets tricky: Many of us believe healing should just suddenly happen.
My Own Healing Journey
During my own injury, I spent years trying to heal. I was:
- Meditating
- Thinking positively
- Saying affirmations
- Taking supplements
- Changing my diet
- Trying binaural beats, chanting, and everything I could
Yet, I was waiting for my body to heal itself, and it wasn’t happening. Some days were better than others, but nothing truly changed until I made a shift in understanding.
The Power of Specificity in Healing
One of the biggest breakthroughs for me was understanding:
- The Mind-Body Connection:
- People with multiple personality disorder can have different illnesses in different personalities—same body, different mindsets, different outcomes.
- Emotions Directly Impact the Body:
- Embarrassment causes a flushed face.
- Panic causes a racing heart and shortness of breath.
- Sexual thoughts create physical responses.
- Emotions Can Be Lethal or Healing:
- People can literally be scared to death.
- Someone can die of a broken heart.
- If emotions can hurt us, they can also heal us.
I realized I needed specific clarity to truly heal.
How Distinctions Lead to Healing
Every time I work with people, I show them how to release pain in minutes using only their mind. The key is:
- Understanding emotions on a deeper level
- Making clear distinctions about what needs to change
- Following through with reprogramming the mind
I’ve seen people go through my programs and have huge “aha” moments where they suddenly see what they were doing wrong. They correct it, and their healing accelerates.
From Waiting to Empowerment
Too often, people wait for healing to come. They:
- Do all the right things—meditate, think positively, follow affirmations.
- Wait and hope that healing will just “happen.”
I was doing the same thing—waiting, wondering, “Is today the day?” But waiting can feel powerless. It feels like you don’t have control.
The Shift to Empowerment
Instead of waiting, what if you felt in control of your destiny?
- What if you knew you had the power to influence your life?
- What if you focused on making distinctions and actively shifting them?
This is a powerful state of empowerment.
Real-Life Example: A Volunteer’s Story
Recently, I worked with a volunteer, Senya, a beautiful soul who was waiting for a relationship. She felt:
- She had to wait for divine timing.
- She lacked self-love and was holding onto hurt.
- She wasn’t in a place to manifest the love she truly wanted.
As she embraced self-love, everything shifted. Her humor, awareness, and heart shined. And as she valued herself, she became more aligned with attracting the right relationship.
How Empowerment Changes Everything
The difference between feeling disempowered vs. empowered is huge.
Imagine a life where:
- Instead of feeling like you’re waiting, you feel in control.
- Instead of surrendering to divine timing, you actively shift and grow.
- Instead of waiting for healing, you make distinctions and take charge.
This is what high achievers do. Whether it’s in business, relationships, or personal growth, they don’t just wait—they take action.
Applying This to Your Own Life
Healing, success, love, and abundance all respond to empowerment.
- If you feel like you’re waiting for things to happen, shift your mindset.
- Make distinctions about what needs to change.
- Get clear on what you need to do.
This approach leads to real transformation.
The Power of Action
Sometimes, when you shift a block, you’ll:
- Feel an urge to take action.
- Have a spontaneous idea that leads to growth.
- Experience a breakthrough moment that changes everything.
When I stopped waiting and instead made clear distinctions, my healing accelerated. It wasn’t magic—it was clarity and action.
Your Next Steps: Embrace Change and Empowerment
I invite you to:
- Write down what you need to change.
- A block in your healing?
- A relationship pattern?
- A mindset that keeps you stuck?
- Embrace real change.
- Be willing to shift and take action.
- Make distinctions and integrate them into your life.
- Step into empowerment.
- Feel strong.
- Feel assertive.
- Own your transformation.
When you make this shift, everything speeds up.
