But here’s where it gets tricky: Many of us believe healing should just suddenly happen.

  • Saying affirmations
  • Taking supplements
  • Changing my diet
  • Trying binaural beats, chanting, and everything I could

One of the biggest breakthroughs for me was understanding:

    • People with multiple personality disorder can have different illnesses in different personalities—same body, different mindsets, different outcomes.
  2. Emotions Directly Impact the Body:
    • Embarrassment causes a flushed face.
    • Panic causes a racing heart and shortness of breath.
    • Sexual thoughts create physical responses.
  3. Emotions Can Be Lethal or Healing:
    • People can literally be scared to death.
    • Someone can die of a broken heart.
    • If emotions can hurt us, they can also heal us.

I realized I needed specific clarity to truly heal.

How Distinctions Lead to Healing

Every time I work with people, I show them how to release pain in minutes using only their mind. The key is:

  • Understanding emotions on a deeper level
  • Making clear distinctions about what needs to change
  • Following through with reprogramming the mind

I’ve seen people go through my programs and have huge “aha” moments where they suddenly see what they were doing wrong. They correct it, and their healing accelerates.
