220: Taking Your Healing and Your Relationships to the Next Level

Brandy shares pivotal insights into how someone can feel disconnected and isolated even when surrounded by people, like we have a “wall up,” or even feel that we are not understood. These feelings can leave us feeling isolated, even while we are simultaneously surrounded by others. Furthermore, this emotional disconnect can impact our overall well-being, happiness, and health.
As you will see in today's podcast episode, these emotions were some of the key factors that our volunteer, Jennifer, needed to address. As she began to shift these emotional-energetic patterns (and address a few other emotions), she was able to create a radical shift in her health!
