If you have found yourself asking any of these questions such as:
Welcome to Heal Yourself. Change Your Life. I’m Brandy Gillmore, and what I’m most known for is helping people to create radical transformations and even demonstrating the power of the mind and self-healing under medical equipment so you can see the results. And my work has even been published in a medical journal because it’s truly incredible what we are all capable of when we understand our own minds at a deeper level.
So whether you’re new to this work or you’ve been studying the power of the mind for many years, I love that you’re here. I love that we’re on this incredible journey together, and I look forward to sharing breakthrough information with you. That said, on this podcast, I’ll share two types of episodes.
First, self-healing episodes where I share key insights from working with live volunteers. And the second type are where I answer questions from the audience. That said, if you’d like to volunteer or submit a question, come visit me at BrandyGillmore.com. On that note, let’s dive in
Have you ever been really hard on yourself for not doing something exactly perfect or to the T? You know, when you stop and think about it for a moment, we as human beings, if we were meant to be perfect, we would arrive here on Earth that way. You know, we would come and we would know everything. We would be like a com- super computer and already have all of the information.
We wouldn’t need the internet. We’d have our brains would have all of the information. We’d be dressed perfect, to perfection. We’d know all of the languages. We’d arrive that way. But when you stop and think about it for a moment, I mean, we arrive here and we’re drooling on ourselves, and we don’t know anything.
We don’t know where our nose is. We don’t know where our toes are. We don’t, uh, we don’t have any information, you know, and, and we’re drooling and peeing on ourselves and everything else, and of course, still perfect. But my point is, is that we weren’t put here to be perfect, and if we were put here to be perfect, then universe, God, divine messed up, right?
But obviously, universe, God, divine energy didn’t mess up. We just weren’t put here to be perfect. We were put here to grow, to learn, to expand, to evolve, to, you know, to really expand ourselves and grow, just like a, you know, anything in life. A tree. If you stop and think about a tree for a moment or a rosebush, typically, are they perfect?
No. There’s little things that it has, maybe little imperfections. And so my point is, is that as we go through life, the more we can still love ourselves and be nice to yourself and, and support yourself in a loving way to continue to grow and flourish, but not be hard on yourself, is ultimately what you’ll want.
That positioning of growing. You know, a tree doesn’t have to beat itself up for any imperfections or be hard on itself because it has imperfections. Instead- It just needs to keep, you know, replacing the leaves. Maybe the leaves fall off that aren’t perfect, and it’s replaced with ones that are. And so when you think about the growth process of taking that which isn’t perfect and discarding it, and then replacing it with something that is the next level of perfection, if you will, it doesn’t require a tree to be hard on itself.
It doesn’t require a plant to be hard on itself, and it shouldn’t require a human being to need to be hard on yourself. But instead, be aware that we are here to grow, to do, to be, um, to continue to, to notice what’s maybe not perfect, and to continue to grow and expand and replace that with the improved version, if you will.
A leaf falls off, it’s replaced with an improved version of what that is. And, and so just food for thought because so often if people are working on themselves, maybe they’re critical of themselves or just going through life doing something and, and, oh, it wasn’t perfect. You know, when you think about it, yes, as children, we grow, we learn.
We would turn 10. It’s the first time we were ever 10 years old. When we turn 20, it’s the first time in this lifetime we’ve ever been 20 or 30 or 40 or whatever it is. And so whatever you’re doing today even, just food for thought. Could you do it with even more love? Could you do even more support or self-support or self-kindness?
And if it’s not perfect, not needing to be hard on yourself or critical, but instead just continue to, to grow. To say, “How can I just grow this and continue to expand without beating self up or being hard on self?” So food for thought, and the reason that I wanted to share that is, of course, I’ve seen so often where people are really critical of themselves or hard on themselves, and it does end up affecting their health, their life, their happiness, their personal growth, the way they feel on the inside.
And so if you’ve had this pattern, I invite you to start looking at it in a different way, and of course, to really change it at a deeper level. So food for thought. That’s the, the quick, quick IQ episode insight that I wanted to share with you today. And of course, if you are somebody who is working on healing yourself or transforming your life, there is a link in the show notes for a free training if you’d like to see how I’ve been able to really show people how to get radical results, even under medical equipment, because what we’re capable of with our minds is truly incredible.
And so the link is in the show notes for that. And as always, I would ask you to please do take just a quick moment to hit the share button on this episode. You know, share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, or somebody you don’t even know, because the more that every single person in our world feels healthy and happy and loved and loving, truly the better this world is for all of us.
So please do take just a quick moment to hit the share button, and please do make a point to have an incredible rest of your day. I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode. We’ll see you there.
