Hello and happy beautiful day to you. Today I want to share with you two very simple but common mistakes that hold people back from getting results in their lives from healing themselves and really changing their lives. Now, the first one is this, is that so often I’ll see people who overlook the mind body connection and.
Really tuning into those details. So the specifics are very, very important. They’re crucial. Now, let me give you a very simple example, and it’s this, if you think about somebody who is feeling embarrassed and their face turns red. You can see the mind body connection, or even if you think about somebody who is nervous and they’re having sweaty palms, again, you can see the mind body connection where a person is feeling an emotion and they’re experiencing.
Some type of physical response to that. And of course these are common everyday examples, but if you think about this in extreme examples, you can think about somebody who dies of a broken heart, who loses a loved one. Literally dies because of it. Their heart can stop because of it. So we can see the mind body connection is all around us.
You know where we’ve heard stress affects the immune system. And so we can see the specifics where we can see that. The mind body connection is occurring all of the time all around us. And what happens is a few things, a lot of times people will end up, they kind of check out, or they’re trying to, just put their mind somewhere else instead of really identifying the details and the specifics.
Now, if we really get very, very clear and we look at the details, they’re crucial thinking about it in this way. Imagine somebody who feels nervous around others, they feel the feeling of nervousness. And that can equate, to, sweating. So they can have, armpit sweating or they could have, sweaty palms.
So you can see the mind body connection. Now if you think about that emotion of feeling nervous, and then you think about the emotion of somebody feeling embarrassed and their face turns red. It’s the, specifics, that’s it when you stop and think about it, that subtle but important difference, it’s a completely different emotion, or the emotion of a sexual thought creates a sexual physical response.
So we can see the mind body connection all around. And so often I’ll see people who, they take the mind and they just think about it without specifics. So they just think, well, let me just think positively, or let me just meditate or let me just do affirmation. So whatever it is. But they’re not really tuning in.
To the deeper emotions that are going on, those triggers on the inside and really understanding them and getting the details. And so I’ve seen people before that kind of the approach, mind body healing. oh, it’s all the same. Oh, I’m doing positive thinking, I’m doing affirmations, I’m doing the meditation and whatnot.
And they feel that, but they’re not really aware of the specifics. And then that’s, by the way, when you see me work with people. And they get radical results where I’ve shown people, even under medical equipment, I’ll, take somebody and show them how to use their mind, and you can see the before and after where they’re, they’re having some type of pain or problem or issue, and I show them how to use their mind.
And they go from being in pain to their penis is gone. And you can see it on the images, the power of their own mind, right? And so what did I have them do? I helped them to make a radical shift. It didn’t take hours or years. And now of course it does take follow through to create the change. But my point is that the way that I do it.
Is by really getting specific on the details. That’s key. So that’s number one, and that’s the number one mistake that people overlook so often is there are specifics in the subconscious mind. Now, of course, I just simplified it to say, embarrassment and nervousness. So I, simplified it a lot, but my point is.
Those specifics are key and there’s a depth to that. And so often people are too high level, they’re way overlooking that with just, checking out or, affirmations or positive thinking. And they’re not also really getting very specific with the details. It’s key. So that’s one thing. Now another thing is this, the second major mistake I see people make and there’s a lot of them, but the second one is this, is I’ll see people who are actually.
Reinforcing patterns in their lives and they don’t even realize it. And let me give you a very common example, demonstrate this. So imagine for a moment there is somebody who is on a, trying to heal themselves, and so they’re working on forgiveness. And let’s say they’re forgiving this person and then forgiving this person and this person and this person.
So they’re really working on forgiveness and they go through and they’re working on forgiving everybody they can think of. Now on, on the surface, this looks really, really good. Like, oh, that’s amazing, and that’s really, really great. The problem is, is it deep inside? It can create a feeling of feeling wronged by a lot of people or like a victim, because imagine if somebody says, I have to I, I forgive this person, and this person, and this person, and this person, and this person, and this person and this person.
How do they feel on a deeper, deeper, honest level inside? They feel also then simultaneously. Wronged by all of those people as well. So what happens, and I see this all the time, is it can actually, unconsciously. Create a pattern or reinforce a pattern of feeling victim. And by the way, it’s not, it, there’s different energies when it comes to victims.
So sometimes a person could feel like, you know, there’s a, there’s an energy of the righteous victim where they feel like, I’m, I’m the good victim though I was wronged and I’m the good one. And, so, and not to judge or anything, I’ve had all my, own patterns, my own things. So, my point is though, is just that.
So often I see people who are trying to really make a change in their lives, and then something that they’re doing is really reinforcing the pattern on a deeper level. And so I’ll see people who do that forgiveness pattern, if you will, and, what unfortunately can happen is it. Perpetuates the pattern itself.
And so then they can feel as though they’re, then they, what? They attract another person to forgive. So somebody else wrongs them and then they go, I forgive this person too, and then forgive this person too. So in other words, it can perpetuate the very pattern and also reinforce the feeling of feeling like a.
A good victim or righteous victim, if you will. Unfortunately not because somebody’s trying to do it intentionally. so often people are really trying to heal and trying to do those steps, and yet it creates that inside feeling. And so at a deeper level. And so the insight that I want to share with you is this, is, is just reinforcing.
Don’t check out, check in, check in, get really acutely aware. Of how you’re really feeling and genuinely change that. So on a simple note, if you imagine somebody who’s having anxiety and they have a panic attack, well if they genuinely change that they can and change that feeling, they can get rid of that panic attack.
So to speak. And so my point is, is of course, I know that I’m simplifying this on the surface level where you can see everyday emotions, but that’s the very thing, is that at a deeper level, these inner, inner emotions are affecting a person at a deeper level. They can affect your health, your life, your happiness, and the patterns that perpetuate.
And so often people are overlooking those very things. Yet they’re struggling to get results for years and years and years, and that’s what I do, is I’ll see people all the time who come through my courses and workshops or work with me, or I take ’em on the podcast or whatever else, and I literally will show them to just start identifying the specifics.
And that’s when they’re finally able to get the results that they’ve wanted. And so that’s what I want to emphasize to you is just thinking about those key details. You know, if you think about it on a simple note also, if you think about a computer with a computer, it takes details. We have to know the details.
What, what keys do different things to be able to be successful at a computer or anything we want to be successful at. The details are important. And so here too, with working with the mind. So often people are just trying to do, you know, high level things where they’re going, okay, well let me just think.
Positive or the affirmations or the positive thinking or whatnot. And they’re trying to just put a, a, a blanket answer across it. But instead, when we really get good at the details, that’s when I see people create incredible results in their health, their life, their happiness, love connection. I mean, it’s just really, really, really beautiful.
