Welcome to Heal Yourself. Change Your Life. I’m Brandy Gillmore and what I’m most known for is helping people to create radical transformations and even demonstrating the power of the mind and self-healing under medical equipment so you can see the results and my work has even been published in a medical journal because it’s truly incredible what we are all capable of when we understand our own minds at a deeper level.
So whether you’re new to this work or you’ve been studying the power of the mind for many years. I love that you are here. I love that we’re on this incredible journey together, and I look forward to sharing breakthrough information with you. That said, on this podcast, I’ll share two types of episodes.
First, self-healing episodes, where I share key insights from working with live volunteers. And the second type are where I answer questions from the audience. That said, if you’d like to volunteer or submit a question, come visit me at BrandyGillmore.com. On that note, let’s dive in.
Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer. As you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.
For that reason, we have taken an extra step to help protect our beautiful volunteer and the integrity of this work to help keep the information from being modified. And we actually love how this turned out because it provides you with even more information. This is how it works. On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with, and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.
Then at the end of this short breakthrough episode, if you are ready for a deep dive, you can click in the show notes to gain access to the actual self-healing session where I worked directly with the live volunteer. This enables us to help protect the information online from being modified. While still continuing to provide you with powerful information to help bridge the gap between science and spirituality and personal empowerment, because it’s truly incredible what you are capable of when you learn to understand your mind at a deeper level.
That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
All right, so as we dive into this special edition archive episode from 2024, I just want to say that all of our volunteers were absolutely incredible from this year. Truly, we know you hear me say it time and time again, but we really just do get the most amazing, heartfelt, incredible volunteers. And the reason that I chose today’s episode is just because the insights can be very helpful and very profound, and I know that going through my own injury, the insights from today would’ve helped me a lot. And I can also see the time and time again when people are stuck working on healing themselves, that these very insights can be really profound for them as well.
And so that’s where we’re going now. Part of the reason that the insights from today can be so helpful and profound is because our beautiful volunteer has literally been working on trying to heal herself for over 50 years and has tried everything from diet and supplements to every single mind programming, meditation type of process that she could find, and yet she’s still struggling and in pain and in so much pain, and she’s been struggling with a variety of different illnesses from fibromyalgia to chronic fatigue syndrome, to environmental allergies, to mast cell activation, to cell danger response. She has just so many different things going on.
And the level of pain that she’s struggling with on a day-to-day basis is intense. And so again, what I love though is that as she started working with her mind in a different way, she was able to see a radical change in her pain. And that is really powerful to understand how to work with the mind in a different way.
And so the first insight that I want to share is this, is that so often people are trying to calm the nervous system for healing, but in my experience, what I’ve found is that we really need to go to a deeper level and target the specifics. And when we stop and think about it for a moment, if calming the nervous system was enough to heal, then anybody in a coma would immediately heal, or anybody in hospice would heal. Because after all, typically speaking, unfortunately, a person might be on a large dose of morphine and they might be very calm and have their nervous system and entire body very calm. And yet it doesn’t typically lead to healing. And so we can see that. Now, what I did with Shirley is I helped identify the specific patterns, so we got very specific with her mind, and one of the things that came up, one of the patterns actually originated back when she was 17 years old and it was because one of her friends that she was very close to died in a train accident. And Shirley felt like it was all her fault. And so that was something that she’s been carrying with her and that’s also been this ongoing pattern that she’s felt in her life.
And so no matter how much she meditated or relaxed or did different frequencies in different states of mind, this feeling and this pattern has been very ingrained in Shirley at a deeper level. So it wasn’t going away. Now, what was really profound in working with Shirley was this… When I mentioned it, and we started talking about this topic, not only did her pain go down at times, but it also initially, when we started talking about it, it actually went up. Which of course might not seem optimal at first, but this is why it’s really helpful and profound is this. Let’s be honest, let’s be real with what’s real. It’s common that somebody may be able to relax their nervous system or get a massage or get some type of treatment and have their pain temporarily go down for a bit. And I know during my own injury that very thing would happen. I could get a massage or acupuncture or reflexology or meditate, and sometimes my pain would go down and sometimes it wouldn’t, but sometimes it would. And I just love those things. Those are all really, really great things.
But the truth is my body was not healing itself, and so I felt like I was going through years and years and years of just trying to figure out what the answer was and chasing moments of relief trying to heal, but just hoping for relief where I could get it, but my body wasn’t actually healing until I addressed the specific things that were in my subconscious mind.
And so the reason this is helpful in Shirley’s case is because when we started talking about this topic, not only did her pain go down, but, initially when I started speaking about it, her pain shot up. And what you can see from this is the mind body connection. So you can see that it is a key trigger.
And so that was really helpful. Now, by the way, on past episodes I mentioned that I’ve worked with people under medical equipment. Where you can see the results, and I did the same thing under medical equipment where if I mentioned somebody’s wounding at times, the pain could go up, and then what I would do is then show them how to release it.
And then their pain would go down. Now of course it does take follow through, so it does take really ingraining it and changing it all of the way for the body to heal and the pain to stay gone. That is important. And that, of course, is what I did to heal myself as I identified the specific patterns in my subconscious mind and changed them all of the way.
And that was pivotal. My body healed itself. And so that’s one of the things that I love about today’s episode with Shirley. That’s the first insight, is just the awareness that we really need to get specific with the mind. And while things like meditation or positive thinking and affirmations or all of those things can be nice, but when I see people really heal themselves, typically we need to identify the specific patterns, and then change them all of the way. So that is key. Now that leads to the second insight, which is this, which is that every time I’ve ever worked with anybody with chronic illness, there are always multiple specific emotional patterns. I’ve never found just one particular pattern. And the reason that I say that is because so often I’ll see people who are looking for some type of trauma healing, but typically there are multiple ingredients.
And a way to think about it…or the example that I use all of the time is this. If you think about somebody with PTSD, severe trauma, maybe an officer or somebody in the military, they can have severe trauma. Yet they’re not necessarily sick or injured, but somebody with less trauma or different trauma or PTSD or whatnot could have health issues.
And so we can observe from this awareness that it’s not just trauma itself, it is multiple specific emotions. And by the way, another example that I could use to illustrate this is. You hear me use the example of people with multiple personality disorder. They can have different illnesses when they’re in different personalities, and they can even have personalities that don’t have any known physical illness.
For example, if we look at a person that might have eight different personalities, then three of those personalities might have different illnesses, and five of those personalities might not have any illnesses at all. But they can still have trauma, meaning that all of the personalities could have some type of massive trauma, and yet not all of them have a physical illness.
And then again, different personalities can have different illnesses. And so it’s tricky. But if we stop and simplify it and really just look at the logic, we can also see simple evidence of this. If we look at day-to-day emotions, if we just take it back to simplicity, a person can feel embarrassed and their face can turn red or they can have panic and anxiety and they can have a racing heart, shortness of breath. So we can see logically that different emotions can have a very profound effect on the physical body just in day-to-day life. And so ultimately what we’re doing is really just going deeper and understanding the specific emotions. Now, one of the other emotions, and there were several emotions with Shirley, but one of the other emotions was a feeling of even feeling unwanted at a deeper level, that she was even unwanted as a baby. So there was this strong pattern that was showing up in her life.
And so again, there were more emotions and other breakthroughs as well. But that’s the profound insight, is when we really identify and address the specific combination of emotions, that is what I’ve seen is key to create a radical shift and ultimately to create healing. Is identifying the specific emotions and then really following through to re-pattern them all of the way to change the neural pathway. So a person is really radically feeling different, and that is key. And again, that’s the reason that I chose this particular episode is just because so often I see people doing this very thing where they have been on the healing journey, working on healing themselves, for years and decades.
And yet they’re struggling and frustrated and just wanting the results. And I get it and I understand. And so often I’ll take people and I just help them to identify the specific emotional patterns and they can make a radical change. It’s really profound. And so those are the insights that I want to share with you today.
Just really be specific. Now, the beautiful thing is, of course, is when somebody identifies patterns like this and really identifies them and transforms them, not only can you heal yourself, you literally change your life, your happiness, your love, your connection. It’s just really profound the changes we can make when you identify and address what’s really going on in your subconscious mind.
And so those are the quick insights from this session. And if you’d like to listen to the full session with Shirley, the link is available in the show notes.
