But the deeper pattern may be connected to something else entirely — the way someone sees themselves, the way they see the world, or subconscious patterns they may not have even thought to look at.

All right, so let’s talk about how to get real results in working with the mind for healing and transformation, because likely if you’re here, you’ve been on the journey of trying to figure out how to heal yourself, and yet so often I’ll see people who are stuck doing things that aren’t getting the results that they’re wanting, and there’s a reason for that.
In fact, you know, if you’ve seen my work even under medical equipment, where you can see people actually working with their mind and releasing pain, and you can see it on the scans, you can see the images shift. There’s a reason that I’ve been able to do that and show people how to do that. It’s because of having a different level of understanding and a different level of clarity in working with the mind.
And so that’s what I want to share with you today is a deeper level of clarity. So I’ll give you some examples of what we would normally see and what the difference is. So if we just kind of simplify everything for a moment, first and foremost, we can see the power of the mind. There’s evidence of it all around us.
You know, we know that quote stress affects the physical body, or we’ve heard our energy, we could call it that, or even, um, the placebo that’s been proven for years medically established, or even the awareness that people with multiple personality disorder could have different illnesses in different personalities.
And that, to me, during my injury, you know, 20 years ago, now it was mind-blowing. Like, the fact that medical research has shown that people with multiple personality disorder could have different illnesses that were incurable in different personalities. And that really made me say, “Okay, I can see evidence of the power of the mind, but how does it work?”
Now, that’s where I want to go today is just kind of breaking this down and simplifying it, and it’s this. All of the time you’ll see people who are doing, like, you know, positive thinking or affirmations or, uh, reframing things where they take something and reframing it, taking it, reframing it, or positive thinking.
Now, a way to think about it is like this. Imagine for a moment if there is a baby crying in the other room, and so what somebody does is they turn the music way up, problem solved. Well, obviously, problem is not solved. The baby’s still crying. There’s something wrong. Now, so often, this is what people are doing when it comes to healing.
They’re reframing things. They’re thinking positively. They’re meditating. They’re doing the affirmations. So they’re filling their room, if you will, with, like, turning the radio up on the positivity. Meanwhile, the baby’s still crying in the other room, so to speak. And so what I mean is that at that deeper, deeper level, there’s still something going on.
Now, what’s perfect timing is this, is if you think about the last podcast volunteer that I worked with, a beautiful, beautiful being, Chris- Catherine, um, and just a beautiful, beautiful being. Now, if you think about, as I was working with her, what came up for her is her self-image. So the first thing, as soon as I started working with her, and, you know, if you listen to that episode, she has been struggling with MS.
Now, as soon as I connected with her, she’d been, you know, doing the positive thinking, all of the things, and as soon as I connected with her, the very first thing that came up was that it was connected to her self-image, that she, at a deeper level, saw herself as being like her mother who also had MS. And so the thing of it is that deeper level of wiring at a deeper level is key to change that.
And so, ultimately, we have to really identify what is going on at a deeper level. And so often, people are doing the reframing, the, the reframing this, reframing that, the positive thinking, the positive thinking, the affirmations, the meditation, but not really changing and identifying what’s connected to the illness at a deeper level, or the problem, or the hurt, or the problem, the, you know, the, the, what, what is needed for the real transformation.
And so that’s what I want to share with you, is we just have to get real with what’s real, you know? And so even when I connected with her, it was like, okay, let’s identify what’s, what’s real. What’s really going on in your mind that’s connected to this, and let’s really look at changing that. And that’s the key.
And that’s when you see me working with people, even showing results under medical equipment, what am I doing? I’m getting real with what’s real. And then so often, like even by the way, if you look at my publication in the medical journal, all of the volunteers that I worked with, all of the participants in that, um, in the study already had been doing positive thinking or meditation.
In fact, one had just come from a 10 day meditation retreat and prior to that, a five day positive thinking workshop still had pain and in 28 minutes, I showed him how to use his mind to start shifting and to sh- shift his own pain. So he was able to go from a level six of pain to a zero of pain by shifting his mindset.
What did we do? We identified what was really going on. We got real with what’s real, and we helped shift that, and that created that change. Now I say 28 minutes, but let’s be honest, if he goes back into the negative, it could come back. And so the way to think about that is like multiple personality disorder.
Of course, not saying he has multiple personality disorder, but just saying if you go back into the negative, that it comes back. And so when we shifted his mindset, I showed him how to do it, you know, to, to shift his mindset. And then it took, it, it takes real, real follow through to establish the new neural pathways, to really establish that new way of thinking, that new way of feeling at a deeper, deeper, deeper level.
And so that’s the insight that I want to share with you is it is different for each person. Let’s be honest, it is. Our, our minds work in a, in a different way. So, um, but it’s just being real with what’s real and really changing that at a deeper level. And that is the key. And so, so often, I, I share this because so often I see people who are struggling, who are doing the reframing and they’re reframing this and reframing that and reframing this and positive thinking here and affirmations here and, and meditation here and, and doing the supplements and the diet and the this and the that and all of those things and yet maybe illness is connected to their self image or illness is connected to something else at a deeper level of their mind.
And when we really identify and address that, that’s what is pivotal. Now, how do we do that? We really learn how to check into our own subconscious mind. That’s the key. And, and not only that, but it’s also the gift because then what happens from there is the more people really understand how to check into their own subconscious mind and their own energy and understand what’s going on, then people, and I see this all the time, then people heal themselves and they go, “Okay, well, how do I also change this in my life?”
And this, it’s like a whole new level of empowerment, a whole new level of awareness of, of creating that real change. And of course, once you get it and you understand the subconscious mind at a deeper, deeper level, it’s empowering, it’s pivotal. And so that’s the insight that I want to share with you just because, of course, so often I see people who are on the, the never ending reframing journey and positive thinking journey and affirmations and this and that.
They’re doing all of the things and yet the real change that they’re wanting is not occurring. And, and so that’s the key, that’s the awareness. And so, uh, that is what I want to share with you today.
