Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer, and as you probably know. There are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.

What you are capable of when you learn to understand your mind at a deeper level. That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
So today I worked with a beautiful volunteer. Her name is Deb, and there are so many things that I love about her and her session and her self-awareness and the radical shift that she made, and just also the eye opening insights. From her session. And so that of course is what I want to share with you today.
Now, one of the things that I love is that she was able to take her pain, which was at about a level four or five and get it down to almost pretty much gone, a one below a one. So she was able to create that shift in a very short period of time. And also what’s really beautiful about that is that she had been going through ongoing pain in her neck, shoulders, and throughout just this feeling that we kept her up late at night for 30 years and so she’s been through surgeries and just had, just a hard time trying to figure out what is going on and how to create that shift. And so I love that she was able to see. She could do it. And of course, I love the insights from this.
All of the time you hear me say that when somebody understands the mind body connection and understands what’s going on in the mind, it really does become a life changing gift. And that is so true with today’s session. And so the insights that I want to share is first and foremost just really, how tricky the mind can be because I would say that is a huge reason that people struggle even when they know that the mind body connection works and that the mind can help heal the body and create a radical shift and, can heal the body. Just that awareness of the mind body connection, even when they know that so often, people have been struggling to get results, and that’s where our beautiful volunteer Deb was, is that she had been trying every single thing. Now as I started working with her, there were several things opened up, but one thing that she said was just the awareness of her crazy twisted mind, as she said. Now, of course, I changed that immediately to Beautiful, lovely mind, or beautiful, wonderful mind, or it’s something, I jumped in and of course wanted her to shift that, but I want to speak to that for a moment.
Because so often, this is the thing that can keep people stuck. Now, in Deb’s situation, she had been through a lot of hurt in relationships, and she had got to the point where she really looked at relationships as not being safe, and so she had a lot of fear. Now, part of the, example or analogy that I typically use with something like this is imagine somebody who sees a dog and one person can see dogs or think about dogs and they love dogs, and another person can see a dog or think about a dog, and they feel like they’re very scary and dangerous. And for our beautiful volunteer, that’s the way she saw relationships was that they were dangerous. Now, of course, the problem then is that she got it linked up that it’s dangerous, so it doesn’t feel safe. So that was one of the insights from the, from our session. Now, there were other insights as well. She had this feeling of feeling like to be able to get love, she had to then anticipate somebody’s every move and be there for them and, so there were a lot of mixed. There was a lot of mis mixed programming in her mindset that was keeping her stuck. And imagine being in this place where she feels afraid of relationships and there’s this fear that they’re not safe. And then also this feeling of needing to, the only way to feel important or loved is to anticipate somebody’s every move and need to be needed and so just this, feeling of, stuckness and, fear at a subconscious level. Now you wouldn’t know it. She also has a very. Strong personality, but these links were going on in her subconscious mind, and, that’s really the insight that I want to invite you to think about for a moment, is just that the mind can get linked up at a deeper level with things that don’t even make logical sense. Now, another example that you hear me use all of the time is this, is that person can even get it linked up in their mind. Things like no good deed goes unpunished. Maybe you’ve heard people say that phrase before where somebody might say, no good deed goes unpunished.
So what happens is literally. They can do something good and because of their own mind programming feel that they deserve punishment for it, and it’s going to, no good deed is going to go unpunished. So what can happen is that even a person can feel the feeling of doing a good deed and then feel fear from it.
Why? Because then there’s a subconscious anticipation that punishment is needed or it’s coming. Makes no logical sense, but that gets linked up in the mind for some people. My point is, exactly this, is that our minds are different and what happens is, everybody gets different things linked up.
Some people, again, using the analogy. Dogs. Some people love dogs and think they’re so sweet. Some people they say meh dogs and then some people are terrified of them and everywhere in between. And so with anything in life. And so my point is, is just that. Every single person should really understand how to use their own mind, because what happens is, of course, we can heal ourselves from it.
We can also then understand why we’re manifesting or creating or attracting certain things or not attracting certain things. So of course, in Deb’s situation, there’s all this fear towards a relationship. So there’s a part of her who wants one, but then doesn’t want one. And so of course, that. Creates a stuckness and so my point is, is that to be in that place of the stuckness, what was beautiful is that as we continued through the session and started to make the shift. There was a part of her where initially she said, oh my gosh, a relationship, no. And then as we were hanging, like fear, and then as we were hanging up, she was like, oh, a relationship.
That would be really, really, really lovely. And so the shift was beautiful and so was her pain by the way. So again, she started out at about a level four or five, got it down to a one. She did that so she could see what was going on in the mind body connection. Now, of course. It does take a real change and so the insights that I want to share are exactly that.
Is that understanding the mind body connection, understand what’s going on for you in your own case, understanding that it may be miswired. A lot of times it can be. Very illogical, but when we identify those things that are illogical, that don’t make logical sense, and we identify those and shift those, it also becomes pivotal instead.
So instead of being upset with what is illogical, we want to be excited or intrigued by it to then be able to take it and really rewire it and. That of course, is what our beautiful volunteer began doing was exactly that was really began shifting. The way she sees relationships and feels about them at a deeper level is, she started creating that shift.
Now, of course, she’s been experiencing this for a long time, so it, is going to take follow through and it doesn’t mean it’s going to take a long time to get results. Of course, she got them immediately. It just means that to be able to maintain them and to be able to embrace that shift all of the way that it will take real programming and a real change. It will take, her really getting it in and establishing those as neural pathways. So in short, it does take follow through, but it becomes a life changing gift. And that’s what I love is, the body’s just giving us a message to change and I love the message that her body was giving for Deb to create that change. So just absolutely beautiful.
