Welcome to Heal Yourself. Change Your Life. I’m Brandy Gillmore, and what I’m most known for is helping people create radical transformations and even demonstrating the power of the mind and self-healing under medical equipment so you can see the results. My work has even been published in a medical journal because it’s truly incredible what we are all capable of when we understand our minds at a deeper level.
Whether you’re new to this work or you’ve been studying the power of the mind for many years, I love that you are here. I love that we’re on this incredible journey together, and I look forward to sharing breakthrough information with you.
On this podcast, I share two types of episodes. First, self-healing episodes where I share key insights from working with live volunteers. Second, episodes where I answer questions from the audience. If you’d like to volunteer or submit a question, visit BrandyGillmore.com.
Let’s dive in.
Hello and happy, beautiful day to you. I want to add a quick but important note to make this podcast easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer, and because many people are now using AI to modify information online, we’ve taken an extra step to protect our volunteer and the integrity of this work.
You’ll hear an overview of the person I worked with and the key breakthrough insights that helped her begin making a radical shift. Then, at the end of this episode, you can access the full self-healing session via the show notes.
There are so many things I love about today’s episode. The insights are powerful and pivotal. I love seeing the results and watching our volunteer create a shift through the mind-body connection. What I don’t love is the level of hardship she experienced.
She had been dealing with depression and significant trauma. She had experienced 12 major traumas, two near-death experiences, the loss of a child, and the recent loss of her partner. She had also been hospitalized for 93 days and was dealing with an autoimmune condition and significant pain in her body.
As we talked, she began to see a pattern of trauma and abandonment throughout her life. Even when situations didn’t logically point to abandonment, she still felt it. She had a deep fear of losing people, and this pattern kept repeating.
In her most recent relationship, her partner had told her he would never leave her, but he passed away. Again, the pattern repeated, even though it wasn’t by choice.
This brings us to a key insight: people often try to outrun their patterns, but the patterns keep showing up. The message is that something needs to change at a deeper level.
When she began to recognize this pattern, her awareness allowed her to start changing it. As she did, her physical pain—previously at an eight—dropped to nearly zero. This shows how deeply connected the mind and body are.
Often, people try to ignore or suppress pain, but when we understand what it’s communicating, it becomes a powerful opportunity for change.
Her journey started when her mom introduced her to this work, and she began to realize that healing might actually be possible for her.
This is the invitation for you:
Have you been trying to outrun a pattern?
Do you have patterns that keep repeating in your life?
What would happen if you truly changed them at their core?
When you look deeply and honestly at these patterns, the transformation can be life-changing. This is about creating real change in your health, your happiness, and your life.
If you’d like to listen to the full session, you can find it in the show notes.
Please take a moment to share this episode with someone you care about. The more people who feel healthy, happy, and empowered, the better the world becomes for all of us.
Have an incredible rest of your day, and I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode.
