Have you ever felt guilty even though, logically, you knew you had not done anything wrong?
Perhaps you needed time to work, take care of yourself, or handle something important, yet part of you still felt bad. You may have tried to dismiss the feeling, reason with it, or push it away, but it continued to affect you.
These seemingly small emotions can be surprisingly powerful.
In this short breakthrough episode, Brandy shares key insights from working with a live volunteer named Amy, who was able to release her neck pain in approximately 14 minutes.
What surfaced was not a major trauma. Instead, it was a subtle but important combination of guilt, overwhelm, love, and conflicting emotions that Amy had not fully recognized.
And that is part of what can make the subconscious mind so tricky.
You may consciously know that you should not feel guilty, while a deeper emotional pattern continues operating underneath the surface and affecting your health, relationships, or daily life.
In this episode, you will discover:
• Why guilt does not always make logical sense
• How seemingly minor emotions may create deeper internal stress
• Why suppressing or arguing with a feeling may not resolve it
• A simple relationship shift that can create more love and connection
• How quickly change can begin when you identify what is truly happening underneath
The beautiful thing is that transformation does not always require uncovering something dramatic.
Sometimes, recognizing and changing a subtle emotional pattern can create a powerful shift.
Listen now to discover what may be behind feelings of guilt that you know you “shouldn’t” have.

Welcome to Heal Yourself. Change Your Life. I’m Brandy Gillmore, and what I’m most known for is helping people to create radical transformations, and even demonstrating the power of the mind and self-healing under medical equipment so you can see the results. And my work has even been published in a medical journal because it’s truly incredible what we are all capable of when we understand our own minds at a deeper level.
So whether you’re new to this work or you’ve been studying the power of the mind for many years, I love that you’re here. I love that we’re on this incredible journey together, and I look forward to sharing breakthrough information with you. That said, on this podcast, I’ll share two types of episodes.
First, self-healing episodes where I share key insights from working with live volunteers. And the second type are where I answer questions from the audience. That said, if you’d like to volunteer or submit a question, come visit me at BrandyGillmore.com. On that note, let’s dive in
Hello and happy beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today, I worked with a live volunteer, and as you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.
For that reason, we have taken an extra step to help protect our beautiful volunteer and the integrity of this work to help keep the information from being modified. And we actually love how this turned out because it provides you with even more information. This is how it works. On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with, and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.
Then, at the end of this short breakthrough episode, if you are ready for a deep dive, you can click in the show notes to gain access to the actual self-healing session where I worked directly with the live volunteer. This enables us to help protect the information online from being modified while still continuing to provide you with powerful information to help bridge the gap between science and spirituality and personal empowerment, because it’s truly incredible what you are capable of when you learn to understand your mind at a deeper level.
That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go
So one of the things that I love the most is watching people learn how to use the power of their own mind to create a radical change, to free themselves from physical pain or emotional pain, to create that transformation in their life. And that is exactly what happened when I worked with our beautiful volunteer.
Her name is Amy. And what I love is that she was able to free herself from neck pain in like 14 minutes, which I know could sound absolutely impossible. And that’s the reason that if you’ve seen my work under medical equipment, that’s the reason I like showing it so you can actually see the images because most people would think that is impossible to do.
And so I want to share with you the key insights that helped her to create that shift because it’s so counterintuitive. And all of the time I see people who have been, you know, doing all the things, meditating for years or positive thinking or trying to get rid of stress and then they’re surprised by what actually worked.
And so that’s what I love is that when I started working with Amy, part of what was coming up was there was this feeling of guilt for working. And, you know, and at first, by the way, as I first started working with her, it was like she had a hard time, you know, seeing there… Some of the, some of the feelings of stress.
But w- ultimately what was happening was this was that her relationship with her husband was actually really, really sweet. It just, you could tell this amount of love, just gushing love and sweetness, and underneath, this feeling of feeling bad for work and also the feeling of feeling overwhelmed by work.
So much so, at a deeper level, there was a part of her who kind of wanted him to go away so that she could finish working, but then consciously, no part of her wanted him to go away because she felt so close. And that’s part of the reason that the subconscious mind can be tricky, is that all of the time people want one thing, and then at a deeper level, there can be something completely different.
And that’s the reason if you think about sabotage patterns for a moment, where somebody can want success. They can go after success, they can want it, and then maybe at a deeper level, they feel like people will be jealous or it’s not safe to succeed or whatever it is. And so that counterintuitive programming at a deeper level can backfire.
And so in Amy’s case, basically she felt overwhelmed by work and felt so just in love, in connection with her husband, but then felt guilty for working. So it wasn’t some type of major trauma. It was guilt going on and overwhelm. And, and so, and then this feeling of, of, you know, wanting him to be close and then also feeling like she wanted to, needed to work and, and just those mixed emotions coming up.
Now, if we take this to another level and make it just practical for a moment, one of the things that I have people do, and I’m, all of the time, is this. Is this, you know, so often if somebody feels guilty for working, they’re, they’re fighting the feeling constantly. Now, one of the things that I’ve had people do that has been very, very successful is, of course, number one is getting rid of a pattern of guilt, if guilt is a patterned way of being.
So that’s one thing. But another thing, like in this case, for example, is making a point to create connection. So in other words, let’s say she knows that she’s going to be very busy working for the week, but she says, “Okay, lookit, let’s have a date night. Let’s do this for the weekend. Let’s do that.”
Whatever that is, but creating a feeling to make sure that other person feels very important. And that’s the thing, is that sometimes life can get busy, and so all the time, if it’s busy and it’s busy and then somebody else starts to feel unimportant and starts to feel unimportant- It doesn’t create a good feeling for relationships.
And so that is another insight, is just thinking about that for a moment, just because I see so often people struggle, and then they feel bad about the relationship, and they’re not giving it any priority. But making somebody feel priority and feel important i- is huge, of course, for a relationship. And so if you’re in this space, a simple thing you could do is just ex- is exactly that, is say, “Hey, let’s spend…
Let’s do date night. Let’s do this.” And, or even just making that effort, you know, and, and really showing that person how much you care. So food for thought. Now, of course, we can go deeper into the feelings of overwhelm or the pattern of guilt or whatnot, um, because transforming the patterns is always key.
And so if you’re somebody who has those patterns, you’ll definitely want to change those as well. In this case, it was really ultimately as soon as I started really talking to her about this, her desire to want to shift this, it was just she did a fantastic job. She did a fantastic job just being willing to create that change.
So just food for thought in the awareness that we can create change so fast. And by the way, if you’re somebody who has not seen that, if you check out my website, you can see the before and after images from all of the time where I work with people, and I’ve worked with people under medical equipment where you can see the actual change.
It’s so incredible what we are capable of when we really start to understand our minds and the counterintuitive, uh, awareness to them, you know? And, and so that’s the insight that I want to share. And of course, if you want to listen to the actual episode where I worked with our beautiful volunteer, Amy, you can click the link in the show notes, and you can hear me actually working with her.
Or if you’re somebody who would like to gain a deeper understanding of mind body healing and how it works and the nuts and bolts and all of that, uh, there’s also a f- link for a free training in the show notes as well. So that’s available. And as always, I ask you please do take just a quick moment to hit the share button on this episode.
Share it with somebody you love, somebody you care about, maybe somebody who’s been feeling guilty for working or guilty for things that don’t make any sense to help them realize that these feelings that we suppress or try to not feel, um, even if they’re not guilt from not doing anything wrong, can actually impact our health and our lives.
And the more we realize that and become aware of it and change it, uh, the more we can all really create radical, amazing changes in our lives. And it is absolutely incredible what I see people do all of the time when you start to understand how the mind really works. So just food for thought. Please do take a moment to hit the share button, and please do make a point to have an incredible rest of your day.
I look forward to connecting with you on the next episode. We’ll see you there.
