Hello and happy beautiful day to you. I want to add in a quick but important note to make this podcast very easy to navigate because today’s episode has a special format. Today I worked with a live volunteer, and as you probably know, there are a lot of people who are now using AI to modify information online.

On today’s episode, you’ll hear an overview of the person that I worked with and I will provide you with simple but powerful breakthrough insights that helped our volunteer begin making a radical shift.

At a deeper level. That said, let’s dive into the simple but powerful insights that came from working with today’s volunteer. Here we go.
If you’ve ever wondered why you’ve had low energy or struggled to wake up in the morning or even woken up with fatigue or have had fatigue throughout the day, then you’ll definitely want to tune in to today’s episode. Now, today I worked with a beautiful volunteer. Her name is Victoria, and I just love her.
I love her self-awareness. I love her personality. She’s just outgoing and sweet and precious, and also has been struggling with a variety of different health issues from chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, to long COVID, to also having surgeries and, and just a variety of different things. And that’s part of where I want to go today, is exactly that.
You know, one of the things that she mentioned as I started working with her was this, is that she had a period in her life where it just felt like one thing after another, where she had a car accident, then she had a surgery, then the surgery led to excessive bleeding, and then she had to go back in, and then she had COVID, and then, then she had fibromyalgia, and it’s…
It was just literally one thing after another. Now, the problem is, is this, is that as she continued to just go through the steps, like every morning she just felt like she’s waking up feeling exhausted and drained and horrible. And of course, nobody wants to feel that way, and I remember what that felt like going through my own injury in my own way, just feeling exhausted and fatigued beyond.
And so there are a few reasons that this can happen, and that’s what I want to share with… here today are some of those insights. Because one of the things that happened was this, was that ultimately her mind started wondering, what else is going to go wrong? And so that feeling of feeling like, “What else is going to go wrong?”
makes it feel like the day is not so safe. So then it’s like waking up with this feeling of anxiety and fear towards the day. So how much do you want to embrace the day if you feel like, “What else is going to go wrong?” And so that’s part of what was linked up in her mind, is, you know, because one thing happened and then another and then another and then another.
And by the way, this was also kind of not only a story that she had mentioned to herself, but also other people as she was talking. It was just this feeling of one thing after another, after another. And so there’s a few insights that I want to invite you to think about with this one is this, is, you know, a feeling of feeling lethargic or tired towards the day can be a feeling of feeling like life isn’t safe, or what else is going to go wrong?
Or what can happen is sometimes if a person is feeling really unexcited about the day, they’re not looking forward to it, dreading it, they can feel that way at a deeper level. And kind of a, a simple way to think about this is to picture children. You know? If you said to children, “Go clean your room,” there’s one level of energy for them to have, you know?
You might get, “Ugh, do I have to?” Kind of like exhausted, drained type of energy compared to if you said, “Let’s go to Disneyland,” or, “Let’s have ice cream.” Suddenly it, it could be 9:00, 10:00 at night and they have all the energy in the world because they’re excited about what’s happening. And so that’s just a simple example of, of course, what emotions look like to energize us.
But if we have the right emotions in the subconscious mind, it’s like you have energy and energy. It’s like you can go like the Energizer Bunny because you just feel this sense of aliveness towards life, of course, at the subconscious level. And so, and, and by the way, with our beautiful volunteer, you can feel a sense of aliveness, of sweetness.
She’s just, she’s so precious, and also a sense of fear towards life. Like, “Oh, my gosh.” Like, “What else is going to happen?” So there’s that fear and anxiety. Now, I want to unpack this a bit more because I can’t tell you how often I’ve seen people who ultimately are working on trying to heal themselves, and what they end up doing is they end up actually going through one trauma after another, after another, after another that actually sets them backwards, that starts making them feel more fatigued because they’re going through all of these traumas.
And so my point is, on that note, is to get results, we want to make sure to really think about the mind in a different way. So in other words, she had all of these negative events, like one thing after another, after another, and she had been working on these things and these stressors and all of that, but if you think about it, her, quote-unquote, “trauma” was actually her fear of moving forward in life.
She needed to resor- restore her sense of safety in life moving forward. And so, so often I see people do that is, you know, is being stuck in the trauma, in the negativity, and so it keeps them from really making that radical change. So part of what we did with her to create that shift was actually start creating a feeling of safety moving forward, and that was pivotal.
And so a couple reasons that people can get stuck in that feeling of low energy is exactly that, is a feeling of subconscious fear, or a feeling of dreading to do something, or a overall feeling towards life, an overall feeling of feeling like, ugh, like there’s a lot of things to get done or whatnot. But these inner feelings at a deeper level can create fear, can create resistance, and can create this feeling of feeling lethargic.
Now, by the way, there are other emotions too. For example, I’ve seen people who weren’t necessarily in good integrity, not intentionally, you know, good people who maybe had been hurt, so then they want to get revenge and get somebody back or hurt somebody back because somebody hurt them. And, and you know, n- not intentionally trying to be not in integrity, but they felt hurt so they wanted, you know, maybe their ex to get hurt back or whatever it is.
And that energy can also cause that feeling of feeling, uh, low energy as well. And of course, in her case, she had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and long COVID and, uh, you know, just a variety of different issues that were going on in her situation. But the key part that I wanted to focus on today is exactly that, is that so often what’s impacting a person isn’t necessarily what they think.
So there was a, a part of her that was kind of surprised that we, where we were going is, you know, moving it forward. You know, instead of going, “Let’s deal with all of the past things.” Now, don’t get me wrong, there were things also that we needed to address that were going on in her life, but part of the key part was actually restoring a sense of safety moving forward.
And so the insight that I want to share with you is exactly that, is that you’ll want to notice what is really bothering you because… A- and, and really dial it in because imagine for a moment, let’s say somebody doesn’t know what is affecting them, so they’re going through f- 200 different things that happened in their life, or even 30 different things, or 10 different things that happened in their lives.
What can happen is if they’re not working with the mind in the right way and really clearing things and moving them forward, they can actually start to feel like they have more trauma in their life because it’s bringing it up. It’s like if you were driving somewhere and you pointed out all of the blue cars, you might suddenly start to feel like there are blue cars everywhere.
And so, you know, so my point is, is that the more too many things are brought up at one time, it can be overwhelming. And so ultimately, the insight that I want to share with you is just if we simplify this and we say, how are your feelings moving forward in life? And what are your subconscious feelings moving forward in life?
What is that deeper level of programming? Not just consciously, but also subconsciously. Do you have resistance? Because sometimes what happens is people are excited to move forward and also have, you know, different fears or whatnot and that are holding them back or making them feel like, what’s the point of getting out of bed?
Or it’s not safe to get out of bed. And so these mixed emotions and another way to think about it is like this, is even if you think about a car, imagine if somebody got into a car and they put one foot on the go pedal and the other foot on the brake pedal. How would that go? Well, if one foot’s on the go pedal and one foot’s on the brake pedal, it feels like a lot of resistance.
It feels tiring. Things can feel like a struggle. And so often people can have their conscious mind on the go pedal, if you will. It wants to go, go, go. And the information in the subconscious mind might feel fear or resistance or undeserving or whatever it is at a deeper level. And so things can feel tiring or exhausting.
And it just, it holds you back from the very things that you’re wanting. But the beautiful thing is, is that all of the time I see people when they identify these very things, it’s like life opens up, which is, of course, what we want for everybody. Because imagine if everybody’s unfortunately living their life feeling tired all the time and exhausted and just getting by doing like when you’re tired and exhausted, your relationships don’t get the love and happiness and joy they deserve or your kids or yourself or your being or your life or your ambition.
But when you instead feel that feeling of aliveness, it’s a whole different life. And so low energy is one of those things that can really kind of take a good, uh, uh, portion of your life from you unless you really address it. And so that’s what I also love about this insight is just that I know that so many people, they feel exhausted to do this and exhausted to do that, and they don’t realize that it’s actually coming from a deeper level in their subconscious mind.
And so just food for thought on this. If you have been feeling exhausted or tired or lethargic or whatever it is, I’d invite… Like, I’d really invite you to look at this in your life because when you shift it and change it, it feels so good to just come alive and to feel more energized automatically. And so those are the insights that I want to share.
